Pa Mee and Pa Hee are mountain cliffs adjacent to one another.  Sitting just on the edge of Maesai town, on the boarder between Thailand and Myanmar, the region is scenic and perfect for mountain grown coffee.

The history of Pa Mee coffee cultivation mirrors the history of Northern Thai Coffee in general.  There are five stages we can describe in brief.  1. Pa Mee and Pa Hee is very close to town, so commerce with Myanmar is the main advantage, and a distraction from coffee as a main source of income.
